Indian Heritage® offers creations of Native American crafts in the spirit and respect for tradition, handmade with care, using only natural materials and paints on leather, wood , canvas or stones.
Each creation is a unique model and can not be reproduced exactly

Any order implies the part of the buyer, the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- No minimum order.
- Clause of reserve of property (law of 12 May 1980).
The merchandise sold will remain our property until full payment of the price, even after delivery.
Payment
For shopping , you have the following payment :

- Bank transfer
- mandate cash
You can pay by credit card, select the payment method PayPal , even if you do not have a Paypal account .
For payments by bank transfer or money order , you have a maximum of one week to pay for your order , unless otherwise agreed with Indian Heritage®
Items will be shipped within 3 business days after full payment is received .
Prices are quoted in euros , not including shipping costs .
Fees and mode of delivery
Standard (without a signature, lead time delivered indicative of La Poste: J +2 for France).
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you have given.
Shipping your package performed under 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment.
You will receive your order within 2-7 days after dispatch, depending on the traffic of La Poste
We have a specific site for the United States or outside Europe, for people who make payments in USD
(see "Etsy" button at top of page)
This version is sending letter from particular to particular, with a special form for Customs "invoice declaration"
You must know that customs can open any packages.
We can not send jewelry or other valuable items.
Indian Heritage® can not be held responsible for non-receipt of your package if you have not requested a shipment against prior to signing.(ADDITIONAL COSTS)

- Indian Heritage® can not be responsible for loss, theft, delays during shipping.
In case of damage, shortage or any other cause whatsoever, the recipient is wholly appeal directly with the carrier, courier or postal worker under the conditions specified below:
Reservations:
-Upon receipt of the package, the words "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.
-All claims regarding the quantity or quality must reach Indian Heritage® within three working days of receipt.
-Any delivery care post a visibly damaged package should be refused attendant postal.
No returns must be made for any reason whatsoever, without the prior consent of Indian Heritage ®.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Indian Heritage® can not be responsable for loss, theft, delays during shipping.
Indian Heritage® can not be held responsible for non-receipt of your order; you have not yet requested a shipment «with acknowledgment of receipt»
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds can be made.
- If items are received damaged, no exchange or credit will be made without the express agreement with Indian Heritage® in this case; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the items:
-obtaining a credit for your next order (valid for 3 months)
